These early artistic endeavours laid the foundation for a powerful language of visual communication that continues to evolve, from prehistoric cave paintings to contemporary AI-generated art. This art show embarks on a nationwide odyssey, showcasing the nuanced beauty of indigenous artistic expressions alongside the unseen vibrancy of contemporary art from both urban and village landscapes. The exhibition debuted in the esteemed halls of the Visual Art Gallery at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, from July 25 to July 31, 2024, featuring a dazzling display by 40 contemporary visual artists from across the country.

This exhibition represented a culmination of the Artival Foundation’s unwavering dedication to Fostering artistic expression since its inception in 2018. Founded by Satish Patil and Sharad Gurav, the foundation is a non-commercial haven for both established and emerging artists in India. With a particular focus on amplifying the voices of folk and tribal artists often unheard in the mainstream, the foundation provides a platform for artistic dialogue and recognition.

Art Continuum is more than just an exhibition; it epitomizes a year-long endeavour that brings Together renowned artists and those on the cusp of recognition, fostering a spirit of inclusivity and accessibility. In today’s rapidly evolving digital age, Art Continuum serves as a powerful reminder of the enduring human connection with art.

The exhibition embarks on a national tour, visiting renowned galleries in various Indian cities, Celebrating the lesser-known voices and the unique artistic tapestry woven by diverse regions.
